SINBI MUAY THAI, PHUKET, THAILAND

There are 2 group training sessions per day, from Mondays to Saturdays. Morning training is from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and afternoon training is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Sundays are rest days, so the gym is closed, although private training can be organised subject to availability if booked in advance.

There is no need to book group training.  You can show up on the day. Our group training is open to all ages and levels, from complete beginners to fighters and is adapted to suit different levels and abilities. Beginners will work with one or more trainers before proceeding to pad work and bag work. They will learn the basics first and then work on what they have learned during pad work, one-on-one, with their trainer.

Children are welcome to join our group classes, but please note that we do not offer classes specifically for children and require guardians to be in attendance.

Private training is available between group session times from 9.30 am to 3 pm and after 6 pm. Private training needs to be booked in advance. Private sessions are a great way to speed your overall learning curve and work on any areas you feel you would like help with, from technique to sparring.

Training Schedule

Whether you are a fighter, a trainer, a fitness enthusiast or just someone who wants to get in shape or lose a few pounds, Sinbi Muay Thai will give you the results you want, and an experience that you will never forget.
